Skype and Telephone Counselling
Counselling over the internet or by phone means you can talk in the privacy of your own home at a time that is convenient for you. Confidentiality is maintained, time saved through not having to travel and access to therapy made easier regardless of your geographical location.
I prefer to meet you for the initial assessment if we are doing telephone counselling, so that I can put a face to the person. It is important for you also to feel you can trust me to see whether you think I could be the counsellor for you and some face to face time helps with that. Skype sessions can be run without meeting first
Payment is via BACs via online banking.
